My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable but lacked a view, and the noise level from the pool area outside my window was quite bothersome. While the service was friendly, the inconsistency in hot water and disorganization during check-in and check-out were notable drawbacks. The hotel was quite congested but always fresh when we would return. The rooms were super-nice, comfortable, and warm to come back and sleep-off all the celebrations. Overall, a comfortable stay but with some congestion at times.
